Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods.

Credit card

We accept Mastercard and Visa. Your credit card is charged only the amount of the products in stock and after invoicing. As part of the online checkout you will be redirected to the website of our payment provider Sparkassen-Internetkasse.

PayPal

You will be redirected to the website of our payment provider PayPal, and charged only the amount of the products in stock and after invoicing.

Payment in advance

If you choose this payment method, we will send you an invoice in advance by e-mail containing your customer number and transaction number. Please transfer the money only upon receipt of this e-mail to our bank account (bank: Volksbank Heiden) and provide the numbers as stated above.

Buy on account

Only for registered customers (from within Germany), schools, public authorities. Private customers not at the first orders.

Cash on Delivery

Applies only in Germany. A surcharge of 5.00 € will be levied on all invoices for cash on delivery.

Direct Debit

Due to legal requirements, customers who wish to use this payment method have to sign a SEPA mandate in favour of Schach Niggemann. If you have not done so far, please download this PDF form, and send it completed and signed to us.
