Neben der Enzyklopädie und mehreren Periodika hat Bogdan Lalic als Grundlage für seine Arbeit zu 1. d4 Sf6 2. c4 e5 auch ein Spezialwerk aufgetrieben: The Budapest for the Tournament Player (Zeitlin/Glaskow). Herausgekommen ist eine relativ schwache Arbeit, der Abschnitt zum Fajarowicz-Gambit (27 Seiten) ist auch nur Durchschnitt. An die Qualität von Neil McDonalds Königsgambit-Buch reicht diese Veröffentlichung nicht heran.
