Introduction
Dear chess friends, the collection of exercises in your hands has the main objective of providing you with ample material for practicing evaluation, calculation and overall decision-making in tactically rich positions. The book contains 500 of the most instructive examples from the games played during 2023 in tournaments around the world.
The positions are selected owing to their practical value, importance and inherent aesthetics, and are divided into 4 levels of difficulty to make your training and browsing through the material smooth. Exercises are not organized in sections according to tactical motifs they are based on, because my intention was to present examples which are resembling real game situations.
I wish you many hours of joy while solving the exercises and constant progress of your tactical skill!

From the Foreword by IM Teodora Injac
As someone who has been closely working with Zoran since the very beginning of my chess journey, I can say that the examples in this book are, if we can say in chess terms, truly hand crafted. Zoran’s dedication and support were key to my later success es, while his training material has always been of the highest standard.
I have spent quality time with exercises from this book, knowing that it will boost my tactical awareness and bring more joyful moments in my games (and to Zoran too, as he follows them!).
